If I am not happy with the product, Can I send it back for a refund?
Yes, of course, if you send it back within 14 days, we will either exchange or refund, whichever is preferred. Delivery charges are not refunded and sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Will you deliver abroad, for example, the USA?
Yes, we are very happy to deliver, anywhere in Europe, just make sure you select the correct delivery option for your country. If you are outside Europe (USA, Far East, etc) please contact onlineshopping@punkyfish.com before you purchased any item to agree your delivery charge.
How long does an order take for delivery?
If you are in the UK Express delivery within 24 hrs. Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days. European countries within 2-5 days.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes, any information you give us is is confidential and used only to process your order, reply to your queries, and improve our website. We do not store any credit card information and will not share personal information with anyone.
