SUPER SAVER DELIVERY (UK & NORTHERN IRELAND)
• Our super saver delivery charge including P&P is £2.99 for your entire order and is not a trackable service. For super saver tracked delivery the P&P is £3.49.
• If you select super saver delivery, your order will normally be delivered between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday within 5-7 working days of the order being placed. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or during a Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Tuesday at the earliest.
STANDARD DELIVERY (UK & NORTHERN IRELAND)
• Our standard delivery charge including P&P is £3.99 for your entire order.
• If you select standard delivery, your order will normally be delivered between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday within 2-3 working days of the order being placed. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or during a Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Tuesday at the earliest.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY (UK & NORTHERN IRELAND)
• Our next day delivery charge including P&P is £4.99 for your entire order.
• If you select next day delivery, your order will normally be delivered between 9am – 5 pm Monday to Friday within 24 hours provided the order was placed before 2pm*
*Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or during a Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Tuesday at the earliest.

SPECIAL DELIVERY
• Our special delivery charge including P&P is £7.95 for your entire order.
• If you select special delivery, your order will normally be delivered the following day between 9am – 1pm Monday to Friday if the order was placed before 2pm*
*Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or during a Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Tuesday at the earliest.
EUROPEAN COUNTRIES & REP OF IRELAND DELIVERY
• Our EU & ROI delivery charge including P&P is £7.99 for your entire order.
• If you select EU & ROI delivery, your order will normally be delivered between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday within 5-7 working days of the order being placed. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or during a Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Tuesday at the earliest.
USA DELIVERY
• Our USA delivery charge including P&P is £9.99 for your entire order.
• If you select USA delivery, your order will normally be delivered between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday within 5-10 working days of the order being placed. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or during a Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Tuesday at the earliest.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
• Our international delivery charge including P&P is £20.00 for your entire order.
• If you select international delivery, your order will normally be delivered between 9am - 5 pm Monday to Friday with in 5-10 working days of the order being placed. Order placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or during a Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Tuesday at the earliest.
FREE DELIVERY
This option only applies to orders costing £30 or more made within UK & Northern Ireland.
We reserve the right to change that amount and logistic information without any notice.

Returns fees are the buyer's responsibility. You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return any unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags and labels attached item (this does not affect your statutory rights.) Some items can not be returned for health reasons such as underwear and earrings for pierced ears (this does not affect your statutory rights).) Unfortunately, we can not refund postage and packaging.
Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the items. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
*CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ABLE TO RETURN ANY ITEMS TO PUNKYFISH SHOPS IN PERSON.
